The FINRA Broker-Dealer Path
We are pursuing the most rigorous regulatory standard available — a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Here is what that means and why it matters to future investors.
Form BD Filing
Submission of the Uniform Application for Broker-Dealer Registration with the SEC and FINRA — establishing the firm's legal structure, ownership, and planned business lines.
FINRA Membership Application
Membership Interview and review of Written Supervisory Procedures, Anti-Money Laundering program, and compliance infrastructure before FINRA grants membership.
Principal Licensing
All required principals must hold FINRA Series licenses — including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 (General Securities Principal). Team members are preparing for examinations.
Compliance Infrastructure
Implementation of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), AML/KYC program, recordkeeping systems, and Chief Compliance Officer appointment — as required by FINRA Rule 3110.
State Registration
Registration in Florida and any additional states where securities will be offered, pursuant to applicable Blue Sky laws and coordinated through the FINRA/NASAA process.
Platform Launch
Upon receipt of all required approvals and licenses, The Bronze Titan will begin capital formation activities and investor onboarding under full FINRA and SEC oversight.
